FT Advisors was founded in March 2009 by Udayan Goyal, formerly a Managing Director and global head of Financial Technology advisory at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that he was a founding member and European head of Financial Technology advisory at DLJ/ Credit Suisse. Landmark transactions include the take private of First Data where he led the advisory for KKR, the acquisition of ISE by Deutsche Boerse, the sale of IIC to MarkIt, the sale of Aviva Global Services to WNS, the acquisition of Smartstream Technologies to the Dubai International Financial Centre, the merger of DFM and DIFX to form Borse Dubai and the IPO of Cardtronics (the worlds largest ATM deployer.)
